Sample of issue described:


This could be caused by slow Internet, or something went wrong with loading the document page into the viewer.


Do the following:


Step 1

  • Check your Internet connection.

Step 2

  • Click on the same thumbnail again and see if the page loads, if not;
  • Click on a different thumbnail and see if that page loads correctly, if so, click on the original thumbnail again. 

Step 3

  • Press CTRL+F5 simultaneously to reload the screen. Click on the thumbnail or follow Step 2 again.
